<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">However, the best days for getting outside and running or walking are just beginning!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">In Saint Louis, our summer has been blistering hot!  I was greeted with 80 degrees on my 6am runs. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">I don&#8217;t do well with this hot summer weather so I am excited for fall.  I love watching the changing leaves during my excursions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">Plus, if you are wanting to lose some weight a running and walking plan is the way to go!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">So I thought, wouldn&#8217;t it be great if I can get some people to join me in some sort of fall challenge.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">We don&#8217;t have to run together, in fact, I love doing my workouts alone, yet we can still support each other and we don&#8217;t even need to live nearby!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">So, these are my thoughts:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">1. Pick a date: November 7, 2010 it is a Sunday and a perfect time to train and challenge ourselves.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">2. Pick your length: 1 mile, 3 mile, 5 mile or 6 mile or whatever you think will stretch you physically.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">3. Pick a course: You will need an outdoor course and an indoor alternative.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">4. Follow the training program that I am going to outline.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">5. Go to http://www.dontbreakthechain.com so we can all be accountable.  (More on that later)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">6. Start moving and logging your miles, feelings and thoughts.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">Each day I will detail each of the steps in this blog post.  I thought that below the blog posts we can comment on our miles and how we feel.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde';">When you complete the challenge (which I have total faith that you will)  I am going to give you a PRIZE! </span></p>
